Dana Fox - President
Dana Fox has more than 25 years of experience in the areas of marketing, sales, customer service and team building. She is recognized as one of the leading experts in strategic marketing and execution in the cosmetic medical field in both print media and Internet marketing. She is an internationally known speaker, seminar leader and author. Her most recent work, A Brand Apart: A Guide to Successfully Marketing Your Plastic Surgery Practice, was commissioned by the American Society of Plastic Surgeons in 2008. Other accomplishments include numerous articles on marketing, team building, customer service and communication skills.
Dana's expertise in all facets of cosmetic practice building has led to professional alliances, training seminars and consulting relationships with such groups as: the American Society of Plastic Surgery; the American Society of Dermatology, the Canadian Society of Plastic Surgeons and the Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons. Partnering with the best marketing and internet-savvy professionals in the field (writers, graphic designers, internet marketing specialists), the company provides a full spectrum of marketing services to medical practices and their suppliers.

Eva Sheie - Vice President of Internet Marketing
Eva Sheie, Vice President of Internet Marketing, brings an amazing internet research background to SEP’s clients. She is a nationally known search-marketing specialist who has closely studied the behavior of prospective patients on the internet since the inception of the aesthetics boom. Focusing especially on determining how and what exactly inspires an internet reader to become an actual patient, she has developed a keen awareness for user experience and findability in this highly competitive marketplace.
With an innate talent for conveying the true mission of a practice within the web marketplace, SEP clients have experienced exceptional results…evidenced not just by dramatically higher conversion rates, but in her clients’ offices where those magic words, “I was reading your website and I’m interested in…” are often heard.
Eva is a graduate of St. Olaf College and holds a Master’s degree from Rice University in Houston, Texas.

Angela Halsey - Director of Business Operations
Angela Halsey oversees contracts, financials, and human resources at Strategic Edge, and defines herself as “a numbers person who likes to work and develop organizational processes for creative people.” Her background in marketing, accounting, and management are all fully utilized in her position as Vice President of Operations for Dana Fox and her Strategic Edge team. Angie began her career as an office manager in the medical/dental field 20 years ago. This led to her recruitment at Z-Firm, LLC, a respected software development company, where she served as Marketing Coordinator, specializing in project management and multi-media related projects. Her clients included UPS, FedEx, and the USPS. Angie’s expertise in cash flow management, marketing, and office management was further developed during her entrepreneurial years as Founder and President of Halsey Resources—Strategic Edge was one of her clients. About her decision to join the Strategic Edge team, Angie says, “It’s exciting to be part of a thriving, interesting, and creative company in which we share the goal of collaboratively producing high quality work products and service to our clients.

Jacqueline Guerriero - Senior Web and Print Designer
Jacqui brings 10 years of web design and art directing for all of our web projects. Her degree in fine arts and web design has taken Strategic Edge to an entirely new level of artistic style and technical function. In the course of her experience, she has been responsible for design solutions from concept to completion for such companies as Cisco Advertising/Marketing design studios, built award-winning brochures for Fortune 500 companies and been the recipient of five BOLI Awards of Excellence.

Jonathan Paz - Manager of Technical Services
Jonathan Paz is the manager of the Strategic Internet Marketing department, responsible for internal affairs within the department. In this role, he coordinates meetings, trainings, personnel and internal communication and is the liaison between departments. Jonathan is also responsible for audits and verifying that client deliverables are being met. Additionally, Jonathan creates and streamlines internal processes to ensure efficiency and productivity. Jonathan began his career with a start up company named iHome in 2005 in a small showroom in Kirkland. From there, iHome continued to grow, as did his role with the company. After two years, iHome had become Comenity and was the 10th largest integration company on the west coast. Jonathan was quickly promoted to Jr. Project Manager, and after two months at that post was promoted to Sr. Project Manager. In his role, he oversaw the Northwest district which consisted of Washington, Oregon, Wyoming and Hawaii. Jonathan's district was the most profitable for the whole company and eventually had the largest crew. He implemented new standards and processes for the company that increased profits and helped the company run more efficiently.

Jacob MacDonald - Lead Web Developer
Jake MacDonald joined the Strategic Edge team in August 2009 and wasted no time demonstrating his capabilities as a web developer. Now our clients benefit from Jake’s training and natural technical aptitude on a daily basis. His latest creative efforts include implementation of custom photo galleries, content management systems, and many more of the latest web-based tools for medical marketing.
Before joining our team, Jake received a Bachelor of Science Degree with a major in Computer Science. His education at Western Washington University offered several unique outlets to hone his web development skills, which are now invaluable to our company.

Molly Gorski - Office Manager and Bookkeeper
As the Office Manager and Bookkeeper for SEP, Molly oversees much of what keeps the company running and is often the face of SEP for clients, new and existing. Before joining the team in early 2011, Molly worked extensively in the legal field as both a paralegal and accounting clerk, honing her skills. Most recently at Pacific Crest Property Management, Molly managed the financials of nearly two dozen properties of varying size.
Molly is recognized as being adaptable, analytical and a keen communicator. She is also an agent for change and has worked to enhance security, service, and customer relations in her previous positions.
Outside of work, Molly focuses much of her time on her family, her perpetual home renovations, and continuing to expand her baking skills and specialties.

Maureen MacDonald - Client Services Specialist
At SEP, Maureen MacDonald holds one of the first lines of communication for clients when it comes to website maintenance and technical support. When clients call Maureen, they can expect her to not only be knowledgeable, but know that she will consult with them in a professional and positive manner. Before joining the SEP team in 2010, Maureen honed her skills in technical support at Seagull Scientific. There she provided support for hardware, as well as software—experience that makes her an asset to not only our clients, but the entire SEP team.
Aside from technical support, Maureen's background delves into content creation and management. On top of her work creating both written and visual content for websites and print publications, Maureen has a strong journalism background. In Bellingham, she was the managing editor for The Western Front newspaper, serving on the staff for three years and also regularly wrote for Klipsun Magazine, a featured periodical.

Stephanie Lund - Internet Marketing Specialist
As an Internet Marketer for SEP, Stephanie Lund works with clients to understand their business goals and how they relate to SEO strategies. To this end, she develops and manages marketing campaigns and compiles reports for her clients, sharing their marketing growth under her care.
When she joined SEP in 2010, Stephanie brought a strong pedigree in Internet Marketing having worked with such noted clients as Microsoft and the Walt Disney Internet Group. Prior to that, she gained experience in operations and staffing at both T-Mobile and Hitachi.
In her roles working with Microsoft as both a Partner Marketing Manager and a Project Manager, Stephanie planned, executed and managed multimillion dollar budgets and program campaigns.
As a Vendor Manager for the Walt Disney Internet Group, Stephanie and her team created Disney's campus recruiting website as well as advertising and promotional materials for the program. She also coordinated on and offsite events while working with strict deadlines. Stephanie has earned her Masters in Online Marketing.

Jayson Kostelyk - Web Developer
Jayson is a web developer for SEP, having started with the company in September 2010. In his role, Jayson delivers high-quality, robust results on the web. On top of his work for clients, Jayson is an asset to the team and is proficient at standardizing complex processes and procedures, ensuring ideal service and results. He also likes to look at projects on a technical level and loves to develop complicated data-driven applications that require more planning and design.
As a web developer, Jayson earned his bachelor's in Computing and Software Systems from University of Washington, also focusing on software development and project management. He received a traditional computer science education with a focus on data structures and application development. Since then, Jayson has adapted his development knowledge to the dynamic environment of the web.
In his free time, Jayson loves to brew beer and play frisbee golf with his friends.

Jamie Trudel - Strategic Internet Marketing Coordinator
Jamie is a Strategic Internet Marketing Coordinator for SEP. In this role, he works closely with clients and the rest of the Strategic Internet Marketing team to improve clients' online presence. This includes tracking and reporting of data as well as improving content on clients' sites. In addition, Jamie blogs for many clients on a weekly basis. He previously worked as a Content Specialist for SEP before moving to the SIM team.
Before joining the SEP team, Jamie worked in public relations, providing services for Samsung's TV and Blu-ray division. He also wrote for the editorial team at Seattle Magazine. These experiences working with a range of personalities and clients helped Jamie hone his writing skills and recognize how to deliver meaningful, unique content for each client.
Outside of work, Jamie enjoys spending time with his close group of friends, going to dinner and a movie or taking a weekend camping trip. He owns a Chihuahua mix named Emme, who keeps him on his toes.
