Jonathan Paz
Manager of Technical Services
Jonathan Paz is the manager of the Strategic Internet Marketing department, responsible for internal affairs within the department. In this role, he coordinates meetings, trainings, personnel and internal communication and is the liaison between departments. Jonathan is also responsible for audits and verifying that client deliverables are being met. Additionally, Jonathan creates and streamlines internal processes to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Jonathan began his career with a start up company named iHome in 2005 in a small showroom in Kirkland. From there, iHome continued to grow, as did his role with the company. After two years, iHome had become Comenity and was the 10th largest integration company on the west coast. Jonathan was quickly promoted to Jr. Project Manager, and after two months at that post was promoted to Sr. Project Manager. In his role, he oversaw the Northwest district which consisted of Washington, Oregon, Wyoming and Hawaii. Jonathan's district was the most profitable for the whole company and eventually had the largest crew. He implemented new standards and processes for the company that increased profits and helped the company run more efficiently.
